Mark Witte is Vice President of Design and Construction and a principal of J. A. Billipp Company. Mark is primarily responsible for management of new development and renovation projects from conception through completion and oversees management of the existing property portfolio.

Since joining J. A. Billipp Company in 1984, Mark’s project design and construction management expertise has helped J. A. Billipp Company to develop and own an extensive array of high quality “build-to-suit” and multi-tenant office, office/ warehouse/ production, and other technical facilities. Mark also manages tenant build-out construction and coordinates renovations for the selective acquisition of investment grade commercial and industrial properties by J. A. Billipp Company.

Prior to joining J. A. Billipp Company in 1984, Mark moved to Houston upon graduating from college in 1981 to begin his career with Fluor Engineers, Inc. His three years of experience working on large petro-chemical projects prepared him well for the management of commercial real estate development projects ever since.

Mark is a member and past President and member of Houston Real Estate Council, member of the Houston chapter of NAIOP, and has also served extensively on City of Houston committees including Plan Houston Steering Committee and the Tree and Shrub Ordinance Committee.

Mark grew up near Cincinnati, Ohio and earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Notre Dame. He resides in Houston with his wife Karin Broker.
