Andy Billipp is president and owner of J. A. Billipp Company, a Houston-based real estate development and investment company specializing in developing, leasing, owning and managing high-quality commercial and industrial properties. Andy is primarily responsible for managing the company's new development and investment initiatives.

Prior to founding J. A. Billipp Company in 1981, Billipp was a Partner with Trammell Crow Company in Houston during his tenure from 1976 – 1980. He has served as President and on the Board of Directors of National Association of Industrial and Office Properties Houston Chapter. 

Billipp received his BA in Economics from Ohio Wesleyan University in 1968. He served as Captain and A-4 Skyhawk pilot on active duty in the U.S. Marine Corps from 1968 – 1973, and received his MBA from Harvard Business School in 1975.

Andy and his wife Susan Heyn Billipp have four grown married children (Sarah, Peter, Anne and Elizabeth) and twelve grandchildren at last count!
